Salade Boeuf-How we do it in Romania...

Hello our dear friends!

We have been waiting to present you our new recipe! Don't let the title mistake you, it is not french. In Romania we, but also our neighbor countries use this french recipe with a few changes and now particularistic to this region. I made some more research and it seams that even the french gastronomy borrowed this recipe from the russian one (Salad Olivje).
What is important..."It tastes gooooood!"-said my children :)


What is needed:

boiled vegetables: potato, carrot, peas, corn
boiled chicken meat
mayonnaise made with 2 egg yolks and aprox. 200 ml. oil
4-5 spoon of mustard
salt
pepper
and appetite :D
