Estonia, Pilvetriinud - wholegrain spelt wheat flour cookies

In November we cooked wholegrain spelt wheat flour cookies.

This is spelt flour.  Read about it over here.

This is our recipe: 
  • 250 grams of  wholegrain spelt wheat flour
  • 100 grams of  dried cranberries
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 50 grams of oil
 
 Klaara and her mother taught us to cook wholegrain spelt wheat flour cookies.

Hack dried cranberries


  

Put two eggs in the bowl.


Weight 100 grams of sugar.

Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar.

 


Foam eggs. 

 

Weight 250 grams of spelt flour.


Weight 50 grams of oil.

Add oil to eggs and sour cream.

Then add hacked dried cranberries


Blend it all.

Put the dought on the pan.


Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
