Poland, Legionowo, Oat cakes with cranberry

We would like to present you our yummy Oat cookies with cranberry. 

□       1 kg oat flakes

□        500g sugar

□        250g butter

□        4 eggs

□       1 teaspoon baking powder

□        2 teaspoons almond oil

□        raisins, walnuts or cranberry

1.        Put oat flakes in the bowl

2.       Add sugar

3.       Add butter

4.       Add 1 teaspoon baking powder

5.       Add almond oil

6.       Add 4 eggs

7.        Mix the ingredients

8.       Knead

9.       Add walnuts or cranberry

10.     Make small cakes

11.      Place on a baking tray

12.     Heat the oven to 160°C

13.     Bake 20 min

14.     Bon appetite !!!
