Bird`s milk/ Floating island-Romania, Teleki Domokos Secondary School

In our mother tounge we call it Bird's milk, but actually is the receipe of the Floating island. We enjoyed preparing it, as all the pther receipes too.

Steps
1. Separing the yolk and albumen
2. Mixing the yolk with sugar and vanilla sugar (we can also put pudding powder)
3. Mixing with the milk, and we bwgin to boil it.
4. Beat the albumen and gradually beat in the sugar
5. Transfer the meringue to the hot milk and boil a while
6. It can be decorated with melted toffe, chocolate, etc.
