Romania, "Teleki Domokos" Secondary School- Christmas cookies

As Saint Nicholas brought us on 6th December aprons and chef hats, we thought to thank him with some cookies with honey.

What we needed:
1kg flower
4dl powdered sugar
1 backing powder
2 teaspoon cinnaom
2 teaspoon powdered clove
a little salt
10 dkg butter
3 eggs
3 dl honey

For decoration:
3 albumen
500 g powdered sugar
