Estonia, Pilvetriinud - Apple roses

In December we cooked apple roses. Recipe for it:

• Apples 
• Raisins
• Sugar
• Little bit red beet juice
• Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

 Clean the apples.

 Slice the apples! 

 Add a little bit red beet juice and sugar. If the apples are sour, add more sugar.

And then add the raisins.

 Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
