Estonia, Pilvetriinud - blueberry kama
In April we made blueberry kama mixture. This is our recipe:
- kama mixture - A mixture of ground grains – rye, barley and pea flour
- blueberries
- kefir
- little bit sugar

Bird`s milk/ Floating island-Romania, Teleki Domokos Secondary School
In our mother tounge we call it Bird's milk, but actually is the receipe of the Floating island. We enjoyed preparing it, as all the pther receipes too.
Steps
1. Separing the yolk and albumen
2. Mixing the yolk with sugar and vanilla sugar (we can also put pudding powder)
3. Mixing with the milk, and we bwgin to boil it.
4. Beat the albumen and gradually beat in the sugar
5. Transfer the meringue to the hot milk and boil a while
6. It can be decorated with melted toffe, chocolate, etc.

We would like to present you our yummy Oat
cookies with cranberry.
□ 1 kg oat
flakes
□ 500g
sugar
□ 250g
butter
□ 4 eggs
□ 1 teaspoon
baking powder
□ 2
teaspoons almond oil
1. Put
oat flakes in the bowl
2. Add
sugar
3. Add
butter
4. Add
1 teaspoon baking powder
5. Add
almond oil
6. Add
4 eggs
7. Mix
the ingredients
8. Knead
9. Add
walnuts or cranberry
10. Make
small cakes
11. Place
on a baking tray
12. Heat the
oven to 160°C
13. Bake 20 min
14. Bon
