Estonia, Rocca al Mare school: Cat Artur cake

In February, in cooperation with Karl Martin’s mother, we made "Cat Artur cake“, the best dessert in Estonia.

The children were dividend into four teams. First, they took the candies out of the wrappers, then each team weighed 150 grams of butter and put it into their pots with the candy.  After that they heated the pot on low temperature until the ingredients melted. After the candies and butter had melted to a liquid state, the children added kama buff and stirred the whole thing into a single mix. With the help of 2 teaspoons, they put the hot mix into paper wrappers.
Later children  wrote the recipe in the their cookbooks.
