Polish pancakes - from Gliwice
Dear Friends,
we have had some problems so we are so sorry. It is a major embarrassment, writing the first recipe.
Ingredients:
5-6 eggs
3 glasses of milk
salt
1 and 1/2 spoons of butter
1 and 1/2 glasses of flour
fruit marmolade
Instructions:
1. Break five or six eggs.
2. Add a spoon of melted and cold butter.
3. Add a grain of salt.
4. Sieve the flour and add - the mass must be smooth.
5. Pour some milk.
6. Mix it all the time.
7. Put a pan on a ring, spread the fat and warm it up.
8. Pan-fry the pancakes.
9. If you like, you can spread the fruit marmolade on the pancakes.
