we decided to present you our luch we made together on last Friday. For that occasion we chose something that we all like and enjoy preparing. We prepared yummy sandwiches with many different vegetables cause we promote healthy lifestyle. In addition we took up a task to prepare traditional Polish vegetable salad. Our lunch was not only healthy but also yummy. It made our day :)
Would like to prepare our salad?
You need:
- carrots
- potatoes
- garden parsley
- green pea
- pickled cucumbers
- apples
- onions
- eggs
- corn
- salt
- pepper
- mayonnaise
Preparation:
1. Boil potatoes, parsley and carrots in salted water until tender.
2. Hard boil eggs.
3. Let them cool.
4. Dice up an apple, cucumbers, potatoes, carrots, parsley, eggs and onion.
5. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
6. Add the green pea and corn.
7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Mix all together until combine and add mayo.
9. Refrigerate to cool.
