In January we celebrated Hungarian Culture`s Day, and with this occasion we tried to prepare something, that hungarians invented. That would be Dots, or in our mother tongue: túró rudi.
Receipe for 10 pieces:
250 g cow cottage chesse
1 lemons peel
1/2 vanilla
10 g gelatine
5 spoons of cold water
200-250 g dark chocolate
We mix the cow cottage cheese, the filed lemon`s peel and the vanilla seeds. We add the mixed gelatine with the cold water. Make circa 10 cm long rolls using cellophane and put them in freezer. Melt the chocolate and turn the rolls in it.
